- Photos & listing data — images you upload and the listings generated from them (title, description, price, category, condition).
- Payment data — handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Connected-account tokens — secure tokens/session data you authorize so we can post on your behalf.
- Usage data — how you use the service, for reliability and improvement.
How we use it
- To run the core flow: identify items, price them, write copy, clean photos, generate QR codes, and post listings.
- To process credit purchases and prevent fraud.
- To provide support and improve the service.
- To enforce our Site Rules and comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to deliver the service, including a payment processor (Stripe) and AI providers (for item identification, pricing, listing copy, and background removal). We share only what each needs to perform its function. We do not sell your personal data.
Photos & AI
Photos you submit are processed by AI to build your listing and cleaned versions, and stored so you can manage and post your listings. You can delete listings and their photos from your account.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can ask us to delete your account data — see GDPR & your data rights.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account information.
- Disconnect linked marketplace accounts at any time.
