Terms of Service

Operated by AUXOPRO.AI LLC d/b/a ZaZooomIt (a Florida LLC) — “ZaZooom,” “we,” “us.”

1. What ZaZooom is (and isn't)

ZaZooom is a software tool that helps you photograph an item, generate a listing with AI, create a QR code, and post that listing to marketplaces and to your own connected accounts. ZaZooom is not a marketplace operator for your deals, not a broker, not an escrow agent, and not a party to any transaction between users or on third-party platforms. We do not take possession of items, do not hold or transfer payment between a buyer and seller, and do not guarantee any sale, price, or outcome.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, your linked marketplace accounts, and everything posted through them.

3. Credits & payment

Listing credits are sold in packs (e.g., 10 for $9.99). A credit covers preparing and posting one item. Credits pay for the software service, not for any result or sale. Credits do not expire. We use a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe) for credit purchases; we do not store full card numbers.

4. AI estimates are guidance, not guarantees

Item identification, condition, and price figures are AI-generated estimates from public data. They are not appraisals, not promises of value, and may be wrong. You set your own price and accept any sale at your discretion.

5. Posting through your own accounts (cross-posting)

When you connect a marketplace account, you authorize ZaZooom to post and manage listings on your behalf, as you, using your own logged-in session. You are solely responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms of service. Some platforms restrict automated posting; using ZaZooom on those platforms may, in their discretion, lead to limits or suspension of your account there. ZaZooom is not responsible for any third-party platform's action against your account.

6. The ZaZooom Shield

The Shield is a verification badge awarded to members who meet objective criteria (e.g., a minimum number of completed and approved sales, a minimum average rating, and verified identity/email/phone). The Shield confirms a track record. It is NOT a guarantee of safety, honesty, identity, or that any transaction or meeting will be safe or successful. A member may hold a Shield and still act badly; treat the Shield as one data point, not a promise. We may grant, withhold, or revoke a Shield at our discretion.

7. In-person meetings — safety notice

ZaZooom may advise on safety and may point you to public police “safe-exchange” locations near you as a convenience. We do not recommend meeting strangers, do not arrange, supervise, accompany, or guarantee any meeting, and are not present at any exchange. If you choose to meet, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly suggest meeting only in monitored police safe-exchange zones, in daylight, and never alone. ZaZooom is not liable for anything that happens before, during, or after a meeting. 8. Acceptable use — Site Rules

Your use of ZaZooom is governed by our Site Rules, which prohibit illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, and abusive listings and conduct. We may remove listings, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

9. Disclaimers (AS-IS)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that listings will post successfully to any platform, or that any price, identity, or member is accurate or safe.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAZOOOM AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY LOSS, THEFT, FRAUD, OR HARM ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION, MEETING, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. (Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; gross negligence and willful misconduct may not be limited.)

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ZaZooom against claims arising from your listings, your conduct, your transactions, your meetings, and your use of your own marketplace accounts through the service.

12. Dispute resolution

Binding individual arbitration; class-action and jury-trial waiver; governing law Florida; venue in Florida. A 30-day opt-out will be provided.

13. Privacy

We collect account info, photos you submit, listing data, and usage data; we use processors for payments and AI. See our full Privacy Policy and GDPR notice. We do not sell personal data.
