How do I create my first listing?
Sign in, tap Create Ad, and add 1–5 photos. AI identifies the item, prices it, cleans the photo, and writes the copy. Review, edit anything, and post. Your first item is free. See Get started.
How do credits work?
One credit prepares one complete selling ad. Credits never expire and there's no subscription. Your first item is free, then: Starter $9.99 for 20 credits, Mover $19.99 for 50 credits, Cleanout $39.99 for 120 credits. See Pricing.
Which marketplaces can I post to?
ZaZooomIt prepares your listing and helps you post through supported marketplace accounts, including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Nextdoor, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Etsy, Grailed, Amazon Seller, and Kijiji where available. Are the AI prices accurate?
They're AI-generated estimates from typical US resale data — a low–high range plus a suggested price. They're guidance, not appraisals, and you can always edit the price before posting.
What is the ZaZooom Shield?
A badge members earn through completed, approved sales and good ratings. It confirms a track record — not a guarantee of safety or outcome. See The Shield.
How do QR signs work?
Every listing and storefront gets a QR code you can print as a “For Sale” sign. A scan jumps straight to the ad. See QR signs.
Is it safe to meet a buyer?
If you choose to meet, we point you to public police safe-exchange zones and suggest daylight and never going alone. Meetings are at your own risk. See Safe-meet zones.
What can't I sell?
Weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, adult content, hazardous materials, and other prohibited items. See Site Rules.
