ZaZooomIt Poster privacy policy
This covers the ZaZooomIt Poster extension for Chrome. The website and apps are covered by the main privacy policy.
Operated by AUXOPRO.AI LLC d/b/a ZaZooomIt. Last updated October 3, 2026.
What the extension does
ZaZooomIt Poster fills your listing in, you press Post. It takes one of your own ZaZooomIt listings and types it into the create-listing form on Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, OfferUp and eBay: title, price, description, category, condition and photos. It stops at the marketplace's Post button (on eBay, "List it") and highlights it. Nothing is submitted on your behalf.
What it reads
- Your own ZaZooomIt listings. Title, price, description, category, condition and photos, read from zazooomit.com using the sign-in you already have there in Chrome.
- The marketplace form, only to fill it. On a tab where you started a fill, it looks for the form's fields, its photo upload box and its Post button, and checks whether the photos you attached show up. It does not read your marketplace messages, other listings, account details or anything else on the page.
What it does not collect
- No passwords, and no marketplace sign-in details. It never fills or reads a sign-in form.
- No browsing history and no record of the pages you visit.
- No payment or financial information.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers.
What it sends, and to whom
- To ZaZooomIt: a request for your listings, and, at the moment you press Post, which listing you posted to which marketplace. That is what shows "Posted to" on My Listings.
- To the marketplace: only what you post. The extension puts your listing into the form in your browser; you send it by pressing Post, under that marketplace's own terms and privacy policy.
- To anyone else: nothing. We do not sell or share data from the extension, and we do not use it for advertising or for anything unrelated to filling in your listing.
What it stores on your computer
- The listing being filled in, kept in the extension's session storage for that tab for up to 30 minutes, and removed when you press Post or close the tab.
- A pending "posted" mark, if you were signed out or offline when you pressed Post, so it can be sent the next time you open the extension.
- Temporary copies of the listing's photos, only when a marketplace refuses photos set by a script. They are saved to a
zazooomit-poster-tempfolder in your Downloads folder so the browser can attach them, and deleted when the tab is posted or closed.
Why it asks for each permission
- Site access to zazooomit.com: to read your own listings and record where you posted them.
- Site access to Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, OfferUp and eBay: to fill the create-listing form on those sites. It acts only on a tab where you started a fill.
- Site access to ZaZooomIt's photo storage: to download your own listing photos so they can be attached.
- Storage: for the items under "What it stores" above.
- Scripting and active tab: to put the fill script into the marketplace tab at the moment you pick that marketplace.
- Debugger and downloads: a last resort for attaching photos. Some marketplaces ignore photos set by a script. In that case the extension attaches the browser's debugger to that one tab, sets the files on the photo upload box, and detaches straight away. Chrome shows a notice while this happens. The debugger is not used to read the page or for any other purpose.
Limited use
The extension's use of information received from Google APIs and from the pages it runs on adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing your data
Removing the extension from Chrome deletes everything it stored. To delete your ZaZooomIt account and its listings, use Delete account.
